Latent is a digital darkroom built on a strict zero-knowledge architecture. We believe your subconscious deserves absolute privacy, protected by mathematics, not just promises.

1. Data Processing & Anonymous Routing

We strictly separate your identity from your inputs. When a journal is processed, our stateless servers strip all personal identifiers (such as your email or account ID) before routing the raw text to our cognitive partners to generate visual artifacts. To these related providers, your prompt is an untraceable, anonymous request. Once the digital components are returned and encrypted locally on your device, our servers immediately delete the temporary text trace.

2. The Encrypted Vault

We do not directly store your text, audio or viewable images on our servers. Upon manifestation, your digital artifacts are locally encrypted via AES-256 within your device's memory before being synced to our cloud vault. We possess no decryption keys. We cannot read, analyze, or recover your psychological artifacts. If you permanently lose your account and encryption key, your archive will remain forever sealed as mathematical noise.

3. Financial Data & Payment Results

All financial transactions are securely processed by our industry-leading Merchant of Record (MoR). We does not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or any sensitive billing information. We only receive and retain the final payment confirmation status (receipts) necessary to grant your account the corresponding digital film rolls or Patron status.
